If you feel like you are grinding into the end of another year, you are not alone.
The last few years have been uneasy and unsettling for many people, and most people around you are probably a tad exhausted with a whole bunch of things heading into the Christmas and Holiday season.
Whilst Christmas and all that surrounds it can be a joyous time for many, it can also be a time that has its own stresses for those who have challenging relationships with their loved ones, who might have lost a loved one, are separated from them or are just emotional or physically exhausted after a big couple of years.
So how do we find some time for downtime and a little bit of me-time in the hectic Christmas period?

Summer is just around the corner, and with those warmer summer days, you will be reaching for something delicious, filling but also light and bright.
This Thai beef noodle salad will tick all those boxes, and it is super delicious as the main affair, as a side dish or for you to take to the office as leftovers the next day.

There is no doubt about it that the property market in Australia is booming. If you have investment properties, you may be trying to decide if you will increase your tenant's rent to cover rising costs in a tight market.
In South Australia there is a condition in the tenancy agreement that states the landlord has the right to increase the rent and states the exact method by which the increase will be worked out, or a condition states the exact amount and exact date an increase will occur (e.g. “rent will increase to $400 per week from 1 July”), a landlord may increase the rent no more than once every 12 months, as long as they provide the required notice.
