Christmas Sherry Balls

Preparation time: Next to no time
Cooking time: None
Serves: Enough to feed a hungry hoard at Christmas functions


INGREDIENTS:

  • 9 x Weetbix – crushed by hand
  • 1 x cup sultanas & 2tbsp sherry
  • 2 x tbsp cocoa
  • 1 x tin condensed milk
  • 1 x cup coconut + extra coconut to roll balls in

METHOD:

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well by hand.
  2. Roll into teaspoon sized balls then in extra coconut

Note: You could either put these on the Christmas table and watch them disappear instantly, or pop them into a jar and wrap them to give as a gift.
