Serves: Enough to feed a hungry hoard at Christmas functions
INGREDIENTS:
- 9 x Weetbix – crushed by hand
- 1 x cup sultanas & 2tbsp sherry
- 2 x tbsp cocoa
- 1 x tin condensed milk
- 1 x cup coconut + extra coconut to roll balls in
METHOD:
- Combine all ingredients and mix well by hand.
- Roll into teaspoon sized balls then in extra coconut
Note: You could either put these on the Christmas table and watch them disappear instantly, or pop them into a jar and wrap them to give as a gift.
