I recently engaged McGrath Real Estate to manage an investment property for me. Even in the best of circumstances, I think taking only 7 days to go from obtaining keys to the property from the previous owner to have tenants in place and pre-paying 3 months rent in advance is a very impressive effort, to do this in the midst of dealing with COVID-19 restrictions is an even more remarkable achievement.
