Ways to put more kindness into the world
It’s a crazy old time we are living through at the moment, if you turn on the news, look to your Facebook feed or even conversations with your friends you might leave any of those interactions a bit deflated with all the sadness and despair in the world right now.

But there are so many ways to make the world around you and the world inside your mind a better place.

And, you might be looking for ways to put a little bit of kindness back into the world, because every little bit counts, right?

Here are some ways to put out those good vibrations, that don’t cost a thing and will give you all the warm and fuzzies that you might be looking for.

Give Back to Yourself

You are who you are, and you can be thankful for that! There are loads of ways to give something back to yourself with a little bit of self-care
Write messages on your bathroom and bedroom mirrors of everything you love about yourself. Even add your favourite quotes to put a smile on your face every time you wash your hands.

Take up yoga or carve out some time for your favourite exercise. Looking after yourself and telling yourself kind things can help make your world a better place.

Lend a Helping Hand

If you know someone on your team or in your family who is stressed, lend a helping hand. Is there something you can do for them to lighten the load?

Go out of your way to complete little tasks. Send them a message once you’re done, I’m sure they will be gratefully and happily surprised!

Become a Mentor

Whenever your co-workers have a question or want some advice, take the time to chat. If you can, consider hopping on a video chat to answer any questions they may have.

To take this a step further, consider posting a message on your LinkedIn to share with your followers. Let them know you’re open to assisting those that may want it during this time.

Compliment Someone that deserves it

Everyone likes to get a lovely and thoughtful compliment from time to time.

Notice the people around you in your family and workplace and compliment them if you see something that catches your eye.

Point out a cool shirt, hairstyle, or a job well done on a recent project.

This will make them feel all warm and fuzzy.

Go on a Family Nature Walk

Getting out of the house to go on walks or bike rides is a perfect way to get some fresh air.

Go on a walk after dinner with your family without your phones. Talk about your day and have everyone highlight the best part of their day.

Getting outside can help alleviate stress and boost your mood for your whole family to end the night on the right foot.
