How to Enter
Simply ask your McGrath sales consultant to arrange a free no obligation appraisal of your property anytime during February, March, April, May & June 2008 and you will automatically go into a monthly draw to win $500 cash.
Alternatively, you can fill out our FREE Market Appraisal Form to enter the competition.
Should you then go on to list your property with McGrath Real Estate, Bayside or Western offices, your name will automatically be entered into the major draw in July to win $5,000 cash.
Conditions of Entry
- Information on how to enter and claim prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition deems acceptance of these conditions of entry.
- To be eligible to enter the competition to win $500 entrants must obtain a free appraisal of their property from the McGrath Real Estate group between 1st February and 30th June, 2008.
- To be eligible to enter the competition to win $5,000 entrants must list their property for sale with McGrath Real Estate between 1 February and 30th June, 2008.
- Monthly prize winners will be drawn randomly under the supervision of a scrutineer at McGrath Real Estate, 51 Woodville Road, Woodville, SA 5011, on Monday 3 March (February draw), Tuesday 1 April (March draw), Thursday 1 May (April draw), Monday 2nd June (May draw) and Wednesday 2nd July (June draw).
- Major prize winner of $5000 will be drawn on Wednesday 9th July 2008 at the same location.
- All draws to take place at 11.30am on the days designated.
- Winners will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail within 2 days of the draws.
- Monthly prizewinners will be published in the Public Notices of the Advertiser newspaper as follows: Wednesday March 5, Friday 4 April, Tuesday 6 May, Thursday 5 June, Friday 4 July and the major prizewinner on Friday 11th July.
- The competition is open to Adelaide metropolitan residents who own a property, aged 18 years and over. Only one (1) entry is permitted per property.
- The promoter reserves the right to verify, at its complete discretion, the validity of all entries and reserves its right to disqualify entries if the competition process has been tampered with in any way or any entry is not otherwise in accordance with these conditions of entry.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, its associated companies and its agencies are ineligible to enter.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained as a result of entering the Competition or taking any of the prizes, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
- These Conditions of Entry shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia.
